Home Collection Policy

  1. If the total value of all the tests/packages in the cart is Equal to or More than Rs. (As per the current floated campaign), then there will be no home collection charges levied.
  2. This offer is valid only for orders placed through the Website or Mobile app of the Focus Pathlab.

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Charges
Any time after the transaction and before the phlebo's visit to the patient's home
0 Cancellation Charges
Phlebo visits the patient premises but the booking is cancelled. Sample is not collected.
Sample Collection charges will be imposed, no concession will be given in sample collection charges.
After the sample is picked up
100% (No Refund) or you can seek for any other test against that amount. No any reimbursement will be made by the FPL.
  1. No refund will be initiated after 7 days from the date of test booking.
  2. In case a request for refund reaches the company, refund or cancelllation settlement will subject into the same account of the patient account within 30 (Business) days. Days calculation will subject to the date of the refund/cancellation request acknowledgement from the side of FPL.
  3. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
  4. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number Package Name and Booking Date.
  5. We wil refund the amount in the same account from which the transaction has been done.
